| Zhanya Primary School is a central village school in Nanjia Town, Jianhe County. It currently enrolls 237 students from the three nearby villages of Zhanya, Zhanwu and Danggu. The Jianhe education authority has planned to merge Baizhao, Rangbai, Jili and Yanbantian Village into the Zhanya Primary School catchment area, thereby increasing the number of students to 480, which will include about 200 boarding students. A new teaching building, accommodating 500 students and meeting current anti-seismic design specifications, will be constructed. A new student dormitory and cafeteria will also be built. |
